I went to Sale&Pepe in Chieri for dinner. The ambiance isn't to my taste, but it's the only thing, especially the lighting. Again, this is just my personal opinion. The table service was very friendly. I chose a fish menu. The quality was excellent, as was the preparation of the various dishes, which was never boring. The quantity was just right. I chose a decent Arneis del Roero. The price, €50, was about the minimum you could pay for such quality.

The stars are few and far between; it deserves many more. Always impeccable in every way, it's difficult to eat the same dish. The dining room has a family atmosphere, where kindness and professionalism reign supreme. The outdoor area is always open if the weather isn't too bad. Highly recommended. P.S. Reservations are a must.
