We visited this charming little restaurant in the historic center of Mottola last night. We were greeted and served by a very friendly and helpful waiter, Vito. The location is truly charming, nestled outside among the historic houses of the historic center, surrounded by fairy lights and flowers that created a dreamy summer atmosphere. It was a very relaxing place, except for one woman at one table who continued to smoke while sitting down, even though she noticed that other diners were having dinner. (Guests should be instructed to move away from the dining area, even if it's outdoors, to smoke.) We ordered three beef tagliata (sliced ​​steaks) with a side of parmesan cheese, arugula, and spectacular cherry tomatoes; a perfect ortolana pizza with fresh seasonal vegetables grilled to perfection; crispy and flavorful fries, most importantly, not greasy or burnt like other places; water; and "Amabile" wine, recommended by the charming Vito. We had a wonderful evening.
