Kindness, beauty, and goodness: these are the main ingredients of the perfect recipe. Eating at Saladier is like eating at grandma's house, where you can feel the love and attention to every detail. The grandma's cake I ate today took me back in time. What a joy! Thank you ❤️

We chose this restaurant for a small group graduation lunch and were greeted with great kindness and attention. The location is convenient, easily accessible by bus and tram. The restaurant offers different menus every day, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. One of the guests is celiac and cannot tolerate even the slightest contamination: we notified them in advance, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They found safe and tasty solutions, and there were no problems whatsoever. The dessert, a naturally flourless chocolate tenerina, was truly delicious and perfectly suited to his needs. I highly recommend communicating any intolerances or special needs before your visit: the owner and the kitchen are attentive and ready to adapt the menu accordingly. An excellent experience, highly recommended!

A mostly vegetarian option in the "meat" area. The dishes convinced me, excellent ingredients and expert preparation. The location is half greengrocer, half bistro, very unique, and overall a lovely atmosphere. The waiter was very kind and attentive. What really disappointed me was the bill... generally too high for what we consumed. Above all, what left me perplexed was the €20 charge for half a liter of red wine served in a carafe. I didn't find this fair at all, given that it wasn't displayed on the menu or the blackboard.
