The idea of cooking some dishes directly in the pizzeria's oven is also much appreciated: a choice that adds flavor and personality to the flavors. The gorgonzola with pears and honey is a refined and always winning combination. A must-try for those who love sophisticated and contrasting flavors. I tried the onion soup. A simple dish but with a surprising flavor.
