Kind and patient girls... They made us happy... They also explained to me what "cuddles" are... in Lucca we call it fried pasta😂... If we return to Pistoia we will happily stop by!!!

29/07/2024: Excellent cuisine with homemade pasta. Cool hotel near the biogenetic reserve where you can go for walks with children and the dog.
16/07/2024: The rooms are nice although quite dated, cleanliness is good, but it wouldn't hurt to put an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Those who work here are kind, the location is excellent only if you come by car otherwise the only beautiful places within walking distance are the Gargoyle waterfalls. The strong point of the hotel is definitely the food 💯
