Excellent value for money. All dishes are beautifully presented. The ravioli of all kinds and the sashimi are delicious. The hot beef dishes are also excellent. The green tea with smoked rice is a must-try for lovers of this type of cuisine. The friendly service makes you feel at ease.

I was sincerely impressed by the experience I had at Sakura in Vigevano. In a panorama now saturated with all-you-can-eat restaurants, this place manages to stand out clearly and unequivocally. Starting from the environment: intimate, welcoming, well lit but without those excessively "blinding" lights that are often found in similar venues in the area. Here you dine in a relaxing atmosphere, which immediately puts you at ease. The price of the ayce is truly surprising: much lower than the competition, yet the quality of the dishes served is remarkable. It is truly rare to find such a successful balance between affordable price and attention to detail. And speaking of details: Sakura performed a culinary miracle that deserves separate praise — the total, complete, perfect cleaning of all the prawns and prawns present in the dishes. I repeat: everyone. Not just the ones in nigiri or uramaki, but also the ones in hot dishes and tempuras. A treatment that, alone, is worth the visit and the five stars. I was seriously moved: those who often go to ayce know how frustrating it is to have to clean the prawns during the meal. Here, however, you can enjoy every dish without worries, and it is a priceless experience. The menu is very varied and well-studied, capable of satisfying anyone: from traditional lovers of raw sushi, to those who prefer cooked dishes or more particular fusion specialities. The flavors are balanced, the portions correct, and the plating always taken care of. The staff is young, kind and very courteous, always smiling and helpful, which makes the evening even more pleasant. The only small note concerns the ordering method: they still use the slips to fill in, while it would be really convenient if they switched to using tablets or QR codes from smartphones, now standard in many similar restaurants. However, it is not a serious flaw, just an aspect that can be improved in the future. The waiting times between one order and another are normal, if not slightly faster than the average for the area, another plus, especially considering the place was almost full during our visit. Finally, I would like to point out that Sakura also offers a takeaway service, very convenient for those who want to enjoy their cuisine at home. My review is based on the on-site dining experience, and I can say without hesitation that I will definitely return. In summary: excellent environment, high quality, unbeatable price, excellent service and attention to detail - such as cleaning the prawns - which really makes the difference. Highly recommended to anyone who loves good sushi without spending a fortune!
