Family dinner. We have to thank the rain that made us discover this little restaurant. Excellent food, good choice and top quality products. Of note are the very fresh red prawns and the ravioli, both grilled and steamed, which are truly excellent. The buckwheat spaghetti is also delicious. If we were closer we would be regular customers....if we were to return to Florence we will see each other again.

07/06/2025: Always stop here in Firenze on the way back to Firenze SMN. Bar, cafe, restaurant and also lots of things to buy for the home.
04/06/2025: If you’re just looking for a nice spot to have coffee and a brioche in a beautiful setting, it’s worth a visit. But for a full brunch experience, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

07/05/2025: Absolutely loved our stay. The castle is so charming and has so much historic character, the views are incredible and the staff so helpful and lovely. We ate at the restaurant most nights during our stay as the food was delicious, we wish it was open for breakfast and lunch as it’s that good. The room we had was large and spacious and we chose a room with air conditioning which was great. As the castle is self catering, there are shops including a co-op 10 minute drive by car to get essentials. We bought our daughter on this trip and the cot was comfortable and had a nice mattress and bedding, the staff also provided a highchair which was great and at a great height for the table which was easy for her to eat. This is our third time staying and loved every moment and will be back again soon.
