I had lunch in this lovely place in the historic center, as a teacher accompanying a school group, and unlike what often happens when you go around with school groups, everything was delicious, beyond expectations. The kids had a great time and devoured their pizzas, chips and ice cream at the end of the meal with gusto, and we teachers were super happy with the service and the helpfulness of all the staff, in their attention to us and especially to our students. A Sunday afternoon in Barletta. We're Canadians and were advised that this pub had a few screens to watch sports - so we made it our destination. The support staff is amazing but the top guy was very pushy. No menu was ever given to us but he advised us to have an antipasto plate - and some spaghetti. We said no to the pasta but okay to the plate of cheese and meats. The plate was enough to feed 4 people and the cost was 20 euros and along with it a plate of foccacia that we didn't ask for, which was only 3 euros. After 1 pint each of draft beer followed by a half pint we were full and ready to head home. Total bill for a mid day lunch was 38 euros. Pretty expensive from our perspective.

For lunch with friends today we chose this restaurant, I knew I was eating well but it was above all my expectations. The owner is welcoming and the staff friendly
polite, very good food, plentiful dishes. excellent place to eat well, pay the right amount and relax.

Friendly owner and staff, impeccable service and punctual with requests. I had lunch during an educational trip with 70 students who appreciated the first course (with its shoe) and devoured the second course (fresh meat cutlet and not various concoctions). Typical pub atmosphere.

I used the pub to have lunch, something not found in all pubs and which I appreciated during the holidays in Barletta. Well-kept environment and very helpful staff, and a menu vast enough to satisfy all customers.
