Sabor Catalán In Corsico

Sabor Catalan has been a regular stop for at least two years, almost every month. Some tapas have become so iconic for us that the Sabor family – because they really are a family now – could almost take our order before we even sit down! Despite the well-known tastes, we never fail to try the off-menu items (the latest ones are truly exceptional) and ask Alessandra, always knowledgeable and very kind, for advice on the wines to pair. A colorful corner of Spain just a stone's throw from Milan!

I have known Sabor Catalan since its origins and it has always remained true to itself over time, keeping the original promise: when you enter, for two hours you are in Catalunya! The traditional dishes are all there, the raw materials are excellent, the execution of the recipes is meticulous. Attentive service, large and clean bathrooms and a room with tables well spaced to be able to chat with the diners without shouting (a rare thing in Milan). Also excellent for a solitary gastronomic escape, like Inspector Montalbano does at the table or rather... like his inspiration Manuel Vasquez Montalban who lives here somewhere. Do you want to meet him? Take a bite of bunuelo de bacalao with allioli spread on top, close your eyes and he will appear to you!

We often return to Sabor Catalan because we truly feel at home. The quality is always high, the dishes are well-prepared and the off-menu dishes are never banal. The staff is kind and helpful, and the sommelier's recommendations are always spot on — we've also discovered excellent wines to take home! After a recent trip to Spain we can say it: the tapas here are better. And a round of applause also to the chef, who never misses a beat!

Excellent venue, excellent quality wines, super-premium prices, quality service, top quality food, super-kind and helpful staff, an opportunity not to be missed as one of the best venues in the area, a warm hug to the staff, always at the top of the quality ❤️

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant last night: it was an incredible culinary experience! The flavors were unique and enveloped the palate in a sublime delight. The sangria was perfect. The service was impeccable and the girls were very kind. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Spanish cuisine! 5 stars without a doubt. Ps: let's not forget the chef: Super good

Super positive experience!! We went to this place on Friday night with friends and children, pleasant atmosphere, not too noisy and with all the attentions suitable for the little ones (high chairs, possibility of ordering immediately to feed the children, fast service!), place with a central counter, high ceilings, semi-open kitchen (great sign!). The menu is full of very interesting tapas and for all tastes, we tried so many, we shared them and liked them all, it was a beautiful culinary experience culminating with the seafood paella, well made, tasty and balanced between the presence of fish and rice and accompanied by a few liters of sangria. It is definitely a place where we will return and that I would recommend! I would add that even though we were really very full, for gluttony we had dessert (delicious crema catalana!!) and fruit (pineapple + crema catalana), also those who were not driving concluded the dinner with some Spanish bitters/sweet wines.

After two years we managed to go, a truly top Spanish restaurant, it reflects every expectation, you immerse yourself in a location that tastes of Spain, excellent food, really good balls, accompanied by an excellent sangria, quick service, excellent customer care from all the staff, what can I say, I recommend Vamos a comer se respira aire de España

Bravi! Sono stata a cena per il mio compleanno. Una bella scoperta. Abbiamo assaggiato tante tapas, gustose, ben fatte e con ingredienti di qualità. Una buona paella alla valenciana. Anche le sangrie ben fatte sia quella di cava sia quella di rosso. Interessanti i liquori tipici. Insomma ho ritrovato un bell’angolo di Spagna. Il personale è sempre stato molto attento, cordiale e professionale. Nota ancora più positiva. Buona scelta e tanta attenzione per il nostro commensale celiaco. Prezzi giusti vista la qualità. Ci torneremo
