While in Sardinia for work, we discovered this restaurant near our hotel. The service is excellent, with a smile. The waiters speak English. They offer a wide selection of local beers. In addition, a much-appreciated appetizer is offered while you wait for your meal. 🍕 The pizzas are generous and homemade with mostly local ingredients. It's a great place for lunch or dinner. The storefront and exterior of the restaurant could be improved to better showcase the location. 🔥🔥

I found Sa Scolla accidentally and fell in love with their pizzas and service.

It's truly rare to find such a high-quality pizza in Cagliari, and Sa Scolla has quickly become my go-to. The crust is authentic Neapolitan, the dough is perfectly leavened (in fact, it doesn't make you thirsty like other pizzas do), and the mozzarella is mozzarella. The service is just right, as well as courteous and friendly, and the atmosphere is charming and well-kept, despite the simple location and unattractive intersection.

Well, I've been here often lately. I've eaten everything, and I've been very satisfied with everything. Order the fish pizza. The price is fair. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Thank you so much.

A well-kept and welcoming restaurant reminiscent of Sardinian architecture, the location isn't the best, located on the corner of Via Marconi and Via Galvani, a busy intersection. However, parking isn't difficult to find, and once inside, you get the feeling of being in an ancient Marmilla residence. The service was always courteous but not speedy; the dining room was packed with customers, and the wait was never unbearable. The pizza is contemporary, with fresh and well-stocked ingredients, excellent dough and leavening. There's also a decent wine list, and the beers are mostly craft. We didn't order dessert, but I noticed they looked great and the portions were generous. The prices are absolutely average, or slightly lower than what's available. Highly recommended.

Locale accogliente e servizio al tavolo impeccabile ,buona varietà di pizze e dolci nonché di birre alla spina e non ,buono e leggero l’impasto della pizza che si presenta con il cornicione ,il formato li trovato un po’ piccolo ma nel complesso ingredienti freschi,possibilità di parcheggio nei paraggi del locale !
