We had the pleasure of enjoying fresh seafood in Italy – and it was simply amazing! The quality of the food was outstanding: everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and presented with great attention to detail. The grilled shrimp and seafood pasta were a particular highlight. The service was friendly and attentive; you can feel the passion that goes into the cooking here. An absolute insider tip for anyone who loves good food and authentic Italian cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

My surname should leave no room for doubt, I know Sardinian food. At Sa Posada this evening I ate some truly excellent food. Owners and staff very attentive, fast, polite. Quiet, comfortable and very clean environment. I don't need to say anything else, I'll let the photos do the talking.... Go there!

Venerdì 18 aprile sono stato a cena in questo ristorante sardo insieme a mia moglie ed a mia madre in occasione del mio compleanno. C'ero stato già parecchi anni fa e non mi aveva particolarmente impressionato, invece stavolta l'ho trovato decisamente buono. Abbiamo ordinato dei moscardini alla Luciana ed un carpaccio di tonno. Mi sono piaciuti entrambi, al punto che mi sono fatto portare altro pane per fare la scarpetta con il condimento dei moscardini. A seguire abbiamo ordinato due fregole ai frutti di mare ed un tonnarello allo scoglio. Mi è piaciuta più la fregola del tonnarello, ma comunque erano due piatti molto validi. Per finire abbiamo preso dei dolcetti secchi ed una seada, che no ho assaggiato perchè non mangio formaggi. Con acqua ed una bottiglia piccola di bianco abbiamo speso 90 euro. Devo dire che è migliorato molto e ci tornerò volentieri.

Room furnished with taste and simplicity. Outdoor tables available. Friendly and helpful staff. Typical dishes of the Sardinian tradition. All cooked with professionalism and love. A round of applause for pane carasau, truly a tasty appetizer, a return to the origins. The tuna carpaccio is good. Generous portions. Good choice of typical regional wines. Presence of parking. Current prices. Must try.

11/05/2025: Typical Sardinian cuisine restaurant, run by Luca, excellent quality. He puts passion and dedication into it, explaining each dish. A restaurant that is difficult to find in Rome. I recommend it a lot. Excellent orighitas with tuna, aperitif offered on the house. Millefeuille dessert with unique chocolate dough. We will be back!

30/05/2025: Maestrale is a great discovery for those who love fish: very fresh and cooked with great care. Each dish is well presented and full of flavor. The place is elegant, the service is courteous and professional. However, the quality-price ratio is not among the best: you expect something more, both in the portions and in the details. Overall, a positive experience but with room for improvement.
26/05/2025: Sono stato nuovamente - dopo circa sei mesi - a cena in questo locale e mi sono trovato, come sempre, molto bene. Locale accogliente ed elegante con anche gradevole spazio esterno (rumoroso) su Piazza Callisto; possibilità di prenotare una sala riservata (massimo 12/15 persone) con costo extra. Molto bello ed elegante l’arredamento ed il tovagliame, belli i piatti, più che dignitosi bicchieri e le posate. Menù semplicemente fantastico: il pesce la fa da padrone ma è possibile avere anche qualche piatto di carne/terra. Porzioni abbondanti ed impiattamento di alta qualità. Grande scelta di ostriche; da non perdere i ravioli con impasto al nero di seppia. Personale: professionale, attento, gentile, mai invadente. Lista dei vini adeguata al livello del menù. Prezzo non economico ma sostanzialmente in linea con l’altissima qualità. Ho difficoltà a trovare un difetto. Straconsigliato, anzi…da non perdere!
