An excellent experience. We ate very well, enjoying authentic Sardinian dishes prepared with the highest-quality local ingredients. Special praise goes to the staff: professional, extremely helpful, and with a discretion that makes the meal truly enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the attention paid to gluten-free options: they were impeccable in recommending safe and delicious options, allowing us to dine with complete peace of mind. We had a truly wonderful time: the traditional Sardinian cuisine was exquisite, from appetizers to first and second courses, and even the desserts, all excellent and homemade.
The restaurant is welcoming and traditional, and the service is impeccable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to gluten-free needs.
Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Sa Piola Restaurant is truly excellent, with excellent and meticulously prepared meat dishes. I highly recommend the Vermentino meatballs, which are amazing, and the Maccarones de busa with venison ragù, truly unique and delicious.
I'm expecting and have some dietary requirements: I mentioned them to the staff, who accommodated me with truly rare helpfulness and kindness.
The restaurant is beautiful, in the historic center of Cagliari: everything is fresh, everything is delicious, with very unique dishes.
I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!

I recently came here with my mom for a light but tasty lunch. We ate wonderfully. I had the loroghittas with seafood sauce, crispy bacon, and raw shrimp, while my mom had a mixed fry. Both dishes were delicious, truly delicious.
For dessert, we had seadas and an excellent mandarin sorbet, which truly surprised us; we'll definitely try it again next time.
The atmosphere and service were truly welcoming, and the waiters were very friendly.
We'll be back with joy!
