🍽️ Sa Perda Manna – Tortolì (Lido di Orrì)
A dinner immersed in nature, among hills and the scent of Mediterranean scrub, with a splendid sea view from the terrace. The restaurant has a rustic yet refined atmosphere, with outdoor tables on multiple levels and a warm, family-friendly welcome.
The set menu is rich and plentiful: it starts with a mix of typical Sardinian appetizers, from local cured meats to cheeses accompanied by jams and carasau bread. Then there are malloreddus and culurgiones, but... the real star is the roasted porceddu, served crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cooked over wood and using traditional methods. It ends with traditional desserts like seadas and fried ricotta ravioli.
Average prices for a complete menu and a truly charming location. Ideal for those who want to experience Ogliastra cuisine in an authentic, simple, and panoramic setting. Highly recommended.

We found Sa Perda Manna by chance but it was the best chance that could have happened to us. Incredible atmosphere, we were lucky enough to sit at the most beautiful table with a sea view and eat with the sun saying goodbye to us. We had the set menu and had the opportunity to taste all the Sardinian specialties: from culurgiones to suckling pig and much more to finish with myrtle. Welcoming and familiar staff, we felt at home. Absolutely recommended and we will be back very soon!!

Beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and a stone's throw from Arbatax. I can say that the food is average and I liked the possibility of being able to choose from the menu and not having to be forced to take the fixed menu. Suggestive location and very helpful service.
As for the food I had their culurgiones, very good, and their porceddu, neither infamy nor praise. I really liked their baked potatoes.
I recommend it for those who want to spend a pleasant dinner in an informal but still very beautiful environment.
The strong point without a doubt is their owner who raised my rating by at least one star, a person full of history and energy who makes you immerse and fully perceive the Sardinian culture. Closing by paying then in his "pinnettu" makes the dinner end in the best way. Surely limiting the presence of insects could be a point of improvement but I imagine it is not easy in an environment so surrounded by greenery. In any case it is nothing excessively annoying.
Price consistent with what is offered.
Thank you for the pleasant evening.

We were there at the beginning of July
Beautiful place, very well kept and very subjective with a view of the sea.
Good appetizer, with very abundant cured meats and cheeses, the livers also very good!
The cullugiones and malureddus are also excellent, as is the suckling pig
The fixed menu price 35 euros all inclusive is more than excellent! The place and location alone are worth the price
If I return to Sardinia I will definitely return!!! I highly recommend it
