Every meal is a treat. Exquisite food, excellent presentation, excellent service, cost in line with the quality, but not excessive. I return whenever I can, lunch or dinner. Reservations are recommended. 10 and praise

I am happy to share my experience, let's start with the very kind, polite and helpful staff, the food??? Fantastic is an understatement I think that in this area finding excellent first courses like this is really rare!! They are truly a work of art and I love good food and I love cooking, it's the first time I've found such unique first courses.... Cabras was a stop on a motorbike tour in Sardinia so it was a random choice to have dinner here. Very elegant and refined. Excellent service worthy of television broadcast. At first glance perhaps a little slow in serving the dishes but then when you taste them you understand why: everything expressed and taken care of down to the smallest detail, raw materials truly at the top. I ate the fish carbonara with bottarga and a mixed grill. Generous portions, average price. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!!

My partner and I had dinner at Sa Bell'e Crabasa to celebrate a special occasion. Being passing through Cabras we mainly wanted to try dishes based on bottarga, and what can I say... it was truly special! In particular, we strongly recommend the crostone with artichokes and bottarga and the calamarata. Excellent house wine (bottled). Fair price for the quality of the food. Attentive and truly welcoming staff.

Nella zona pedonale di Cabras in zona centralissima, ambiente interno pulito e curato.
Il ristorante si è riempito in poco tempo, noi abbiamo prenotato giorni prima senza nessun problema. Abbiamo assaporato piatti semplici e genuini cucinati molto bene, equilibrati e saporiti
Nota di merito anche allo staff di sala ed al “vino della casa” davvero ottimo e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Totale spesa del pranzo giusta per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consigliatissimo !

Qualcuno chiama 'Biscottone' quello che invece è un ottimo Crostone fatto di buon pane, freschissimi carciofi ed una eccezionale bottarga sapientemente proposta e condita con ottimo olio.
Ma tutta la cucina resta di riferimento al pari professionalità e della gentilezza di chi ci lavora .
