We had dinner here at the suggestion of our B&B and persuaded by the excellent reviews.
We had the seafood carbonara, a dish that was certainly delicious and flattering with the addition of cream for creaminess, which however hid the mullet of undoubted quality.
Followed by the seared tuna with rocket and parmesan and a grilled fish: here too the quality of the ingredients is the master, but the composition of the dish was too simple and in the end nothing memorable. Too bad about the French fries, probably in the oil of the seadas because there was an obvious sweet aftertaste. The white wine from a well-selected cellar was excellent.
For almost €50 per person you expect a slightly more knowledgeable cuisine.

Impeccable Service
Everything was perfect, we ate divinely.
Culurgiones with a delicate ragù delicious, not to mention the fregola and the Grigliata, very tender calamari, (maybe it should have been a little more abundant, since it is for 2😊)

Recommended to us by Mrs. Rossana of the b&b civico 47, we were pleasantly surprised by this welcoming and refined location with an attentive, friendly and very professional waiting staff. The owner Mrs. Letizia welcomed us with joy and recommended some local fish dishes….. The chef created delicious dishes, starting with the appetizer, continuing with a dish of fregola with seafood, mullet bottarga with melon and finishing with a lemon sorbet. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good and excellent quality food.

We had dinner here by pure chance, what luck!
Highly recommended!!!
We had a mussel soup and an octopus salad as an appetizer, both fantastic!
Followed by fregola with seafood and red shrimp: it completed a phenomenal gastronomic journey.
Unfortunately we had overdone it with the bread, because the soup was too good, to have the dessert, but it would have been rude not to mop up each mussel.
Fast and very kind service.
As tourists we felt pampered.
The price? €45 per person, including everything, even an excellent glass of white wine. I thought more.

Nella zona pedonale di Cabras in zona centralissima, ambiente interno pulito e curato.
Il ristorante si è riempito in poco tempo, noi abbiamo prenotato giorni prima senza nessun problema. Abbiamo assaporato piatti semplici e genuini cucinati molto bene, equilibrati e saporiti
Nota di merito anche allo staff di sala ed al “vino della casa” davvero ottimo e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Totale spesa del pranzo giusta per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consigliatissimo !

Qualcuno chiama 'Biscottone' quello che invece è un ottimo Crostone fatto di buon pane, freschissimi carciofi ed una eccezionale bottarga sapientemente proposta e condita con ottimo olio.
Ma tutta la cucina resta di riferimento al pari professionalità e della gentilezza di chi ci lavora .
