We loved everything at Osteria Sa Bell'e Crabasa. We received a wonderful welcome even though we don't speak any Italian. Sign language works very well ;)
I adored my pasta alla vongole, which was absolutely delicious. The village is incredibly authentic; I really enjoyed it.

From what we could gather, this restaurant is something of an institution in the Cabras area. The food we ate was truly remarkable; I especially loved their spaghetti with clams and bottarga.

Excellent cuisine. Very friendly staff who created a very welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. The eel, simply cooked with a sprinkling of cheese, was a real treat. We'll be back.

Welcoming place and impeccable service. The dishes were absolutely beautifully presented. Quality ingredients. I was delighted by the flavorful and perfectly cooked mullet. Compliments to everyone, especially the chef. The prices were fair, in line with the quality of the product. I'll be back soon.

We tried it on a Sunday for lunch without a reservation. The place was quite busy inside, but we found a table outside.
The food is exceptional, the prices are a bit high compared to the surrounding area, but we noticed they're the same as the nearby kiosks, which aren't restaurants anyway.

We improvise and show up at the door when it opens (1:00 PM sharp). Despite some initial hesitation, we manage to find a place on the outdoor veranda. The table is a bit small for three people, but we manage. We order some wine (excellent) to accompany our dishes. A delicious bottarga appetizer arrives, served with fresh vegetables on a crusty bread crouton. Next, we order a delicious and generous seafood carbonara. A dish I recommend for its quality, flavor, and abundance.
The service could be improved, although we understand that with the overcrowding, it's not always possible to get there quickly.
I highly recommend it, especially for the quality of the dishes. Parking is difficult to find nearby; I recommend booking.
