A typical Marche restaurant. The location remains the same as the first time I visited, about thirty years ago. Unfortunately, the prices have skyrocketed.

A historic venue with a classic menu, I'd say timeless. Main courses include Jesuit and bauletti pasta dishes as first courses, and roast meats as second courses. Modest prices, excellent value. The acoustics are definitely a drawback: two enormous rooms with hundreds of people inside and no soundproofing. Suitable for families and large groups.

Rustic and quaint place. The food is truly excellent. Fantastic Gesuiti and bauletti! The service was also attentive and professional. Excellent value for money! Definitely recommended.

We have been going here since the 1980's and it never disappoints. You will find food here that you will not find anywhere else, and it is always excellent. I can't wait to eat there when I visit in August, 2025. Gesuit is so good, the meats al forno, amazing. We never miss going here whenever in SanB!

Prezzi onestissimi. Bauletti e Gesuiti memorabili! Servizio parecchio lento. Vino rosso della casa imbevibile. Filetto chiesto “grondante sangue” arrivato tagliato a libretto in tre fettine sottilissime e stracotto. Se alzano i prezzi secondo me ci va meno della metà della gente. Però ripeto…bauletti e gesuiti veramente da Oscar!!!

04/10/2025: An excellent experience, a trattoria with all locally sourced ingredients, clearly cooked with passion and tradition, and generous portions. The owner explained a lot about the small local businesses and the products he and his family produce. The Tuscan waiter was very attentive and friendly. A true experience of authenticity and quality with more than fair prices. We'll definitely be back!
02/10/2025: Excellent, fast cuisine in a casual, homey atmosphere. Tasty, simple first courses.
