A historic venue with a classic menu, I'd say timeless. Main courses include Jesuit and bauletti pasta dishes as first courses, and roast meats as second courses. Modest prices, excellent value.
The acoustics are definitely a drawback: two enormous rooms with hundreds of people inside and no soundproofing. Suitable for families and large groups.

Il Rustichello Restaurant has become a regular fixture for us: for years, we've been coming here every post-Ferragosto holiday with our friends, and each time it's an experience that reaffirms our choice.
The establishment is welcoming and well-organized: there's ample parking, the entrance is accessible to the disabled, and the interior is truly spacious, perfect for both intimate dinners and larger, more varied occasions.
The staff is exquisite, kind, and always available, helping to create a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
But the real strength remains the cuisine:
The Gesuiti are unique and inimitable, a sort of fresh pasta lasagna enriched with melt-in-the-mouth cheeses, perfectly gratinated: creamy, flavorful, and irresistible.
The ricotta and spinach bauletti are small treasure troves of deliciousness: the pasta is soft and thin, the filling delicate, and all wrapped in a light, fragrant tomato sauce.
All the homemade first courses are worth a try: hand-rolled pasta, rich but never heavy toppings, and authentic flavors that truly evoke the Marche tradition.
The quality/price ratio is excellent, especially considering the generous portions and the attention to quality ingredients.
In short, Il Rustichello is a restaurant that combines tradition, hospitality, and authentic flavor. A beloved place, a place to return to time and time again without ever being disappointed.
