The staff speak english very limited and easily to misunderstand. We two people order 2sets lunch, can the staff only listen 1 set, and no further confirm. Then we order one more set again, and want to choose another pasta, and they still send a wrong pasta to us. Anyway, 8.5€ lunch set, pasta+water+coffee, tasty and reasonable.

Everyone is very kind but for a small glass of tiramisu, a small maritozzo, a normal coffee and an iced coffee spending €14 seems excessive to me.

16/11/2025: The red pizza is really good! Crunchy, with a touch of oil, and really, really good tomato sauce. The other pizzas are really good too! You pay by the kilo, so be careful how much they put in. About 4 large slices of pizza (including toppings) + 1 supplì, total €20 A little pricey, but we're in Rome and it's Bonci! That's fair enough!
12/11/2025: Everything was excellent: supplì, pizza, croissants. Service was fast, courteous, and orderly (despite the place often being crowded). Always a wide selection of products at all times. The markups on non-branded products sold in-store are excessive, in my opinion. The hazelnut spread, which sells for €11 online, is sold at double that price.

27/09/2025: I have been to this place and I was satisfied with the good food as if I were at home, kind staff, friendly, clean I was very happy if I have the possibility of time I will go there again thanks to all the staff.
