30/05/2025: I stumbled upon Piadineria Gnam Gnam by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises during my time in Rome. The piadina I had was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and filled with the freshest ingredients. But what truly made the difference was Silvia, the chef. She was not only incredibly talented but also warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into every dish she prepares. The way she interacted with the customers created a cozy, friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. If you're in the Bologna area or anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a relaxed meal, this place is a little gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!
