Excellent restaurant located about a half-hour walk from Cervinia, offering typical Aosta Valley dishes in a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view of the town and the opportunity to sunbathe. The staff is friendly. Prices are in line with the location. Recommended.

Bar La Roisette

27/08/2025: A lovely mountain restaurant, right on the ski slopes in the winter and at the starting point for numerous hikes in the summer. The owners and staff are very courteous and friendly, a rarity these days. The food is truly excellent, definitely one of the best restaurants in the valley. Opening hours are dictated by the Valtournenche cable car that connects it to the village. The view is stunning. Prices are affordable (especially considering the location).

18/09/2025: It was only open for bar service. We had toast with a delicious filling. Excellent service.
12/09/2025: Beautiful refuge, I had lunch there, excellent food and attention and kindness from the staff
