Royal Caffè In Alzano lombardo

I've known this bar for years: it's clean, bright, and pleasant. The selection is vast, and there's both a paper menu and a scannable QR code. The food quality is mediocre. Unfortunately, I've encountered terrible service here (specifically, from an employee). In my experience and among those I know, I've often encountered an arrogant or unkind tone. What further disappointed me was showing up at 9:28 PM (and I quote) "for a quick drink" and being refused service because of the closing time (10:00 PM). I understand that cleaning and tidying the place is an integral part of the employees' job, but a little kindness and willingness never hurt. I hope this review is helpful.

Located near the Conad supermarket and swimming pools, with a nice free parking, outdoor tables, cycle/pedestrian path near the Serio river, fast professional staff, excellent modern bar, breakfasts, aperitifs, worth trying.

Prices out of this world (after all Royal must mean something) but good service and quality. In the morning maybe one more girl at the tables would be useful, but if you were to raise the prices even more, no way! Maybe it's better to wait.

Traveling for a course I stopped at this place several times for breakfast and lunch. Nice, bright, clean, good service, also has outdoor tables and a large parking lot of the sports center. There are ready meals, pizzas, sandwiches and piadinas and then delicious brioches and ice creams.

Unfortunately, the burnt coffee, although it appears to be Pellini Oro quality, was truly mediocre. Good service and environment. We haven't tried anything else.
