Route 66 Diner In Milano

We ate well and spent relatively little. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very unique. '70s American with various very nice gadgets, I recommend it.

They accommodated our special request and were very kind and professional. We ate finger food (perhaps a small plate could have been placed for those, but no big deal) and then we indulged in the various delicacies of the American-made BBQ. The portions were generous, so we'll definitely be back. I recommend using TheFork for a 20% discount on food.

The burger was delicious, but perhaps a little on the rich side; I would have ordered another. I ordered coleslaw instead of fries; they told me it was possible, but in the end I paid the extra. The coleslaw was frozen. My girlfriend's fries were frozen and of poor quality. The atmosphere was beautiful, but there were only two waiters, the senior one being very unwelcoming (the stress of managing the dining room between two people is fine, but the rudeness was unacceptable). The desserts were excellent. Editing to answer: I gave it 3 stars, not one. The experience was overall good, but I have some comments that could be improved, honestly. We didn't feel welcomed, but "just" served; there's a big difference, that's all. I understand the current difficulties, but, for me, they're inexcusable; the restaurant industry is called "hospitality" for a reason. I'm sorry if my comments are taken with annoyance; that wasn't my intention.

Excellent American-style restaurant. Excellent food and perfect service! We chose a basket and two excellent burgers accompanied by sweet potatoes and cheddar fries. We finished with Lotus cheesecake. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent experience, delicious sandwiches, very light dough, and top-quality meat. Regular portions, very quaint place. I recommend it, and there's plenty of street parking in the area. I'll definitely be back.

Good but not exceptional. Unfortunately, I went on Thanksgiving Day to try the stuffed turkey: disappointing (very small piece and no stuffing. Plus, the sweet sauce didn't even arrive at the table). There were other pieces of average-quality meat on the plate. The beer was good, but I won't be back.

We went to this place for dinner with friends because we were craving American fare and burgers. I personally ordered a pulled pork burger... really delicious!!! Given the price, however, I expected there to be more fries, which were a bit meager. The red velvet, on the other hand, was nothing special. Very nice atmosphere, superb setting, even if we were quite crowded at the table.
