The place is nice, the atmosphere is good, the shisha is good, the people are very cheerful and pleasant to meet, but their prices are a bit high.

Staff were not very good. They told us it costs 20 euros but they forced us to order tea and charged each tea 5 euros per person! We didn't even want tea.

Today I went to Rotani in Porta Venezia in Milan and I have to say that the place is truly beautiful and well-kept, a fantastic atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Ehab, the best I've ever met in this field. I highly recommend asking for him when you come.
