Food: We recommend the Bueno and pistachio brioche. The aperitif was good, but not much food to pair with it... The place was a little cold, but otherwise everything was lovely. Maybe it was the company...

Antica Trattoria Solari

03/01/2026: A quaint, timeless trattoria in the Parma Apennines, just a few kilometers from the famous Bardi Castle. A colorful and original atmosphere, authentic and delicious food (we had a fantastic torta fritta accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, homemade herb ravioli, and delicious loin and fried porcini mushrooms). Excellent value for money. Paola and Carmela welcomed us with love and kindness, making us feel at home right away. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon 🫶🏻 Susy and Dani
