Rosty Pizza In Monopoli

Had dinner in complete tranquility, pizza with tagliolini and squid ink, kind staff and super professional waitress 🥰

Once again, everything was very good. Very welcoming (we arrived a little late, but it wasn't a problem for them), excellent product quality, and excellent cooking methods. The fragrant seafood cavatelli and squid ink linguine were excellent, the fried food was dry, and the grilled meats were tasty.

The place is a little hidden from the nightlife of Monopoli but you eat really well from the appetizer to the first course to the dessert. Congratulations, keep it up. Special credit to the chef and the whole kitchen team because working with an open kitchen is not easy. Chapeau!
