The panzerotti are among the best I've ever eaten in Bari.
I recommend coming on a Thursday night to try them.

Good pizza; incredibly, they make better Neapolitan-style pizza than Bari-style.
The spaghetti all'assassina was very spicy. Good, but I still haven't figured out the original recipe.
The appetizers were also excellent: platters full of cured meats and cheeses. The vegetable carpaccio was excellent.
A little disappointed with the meat, especially the raw bombette, which lacked any filling.
The service was friendly and courteous, but a bit too rushed...you barely had time to finish before they took your plates away.
The location was nice and well-kept.
The prices were fair for the quality.

A popular pizzeria in Bari is located on the outskirts of the city. Conveniently located for parking and ample space. The place has plenty of seating, but it's often crowded. Friendly staff and quick service despite the huge number of orders. On Thursday evenings, they offer panzerotti—a great idea! We tried several different types of panzerotti, which were a bit small, but the fillings were excellent, both in quality and quantity. The dough was okay, but I've tried better. Among the various flavors, I particularly enjoyed the cacio e pepe and ricotta forte. The other dishes were also good. Prices were reasonable; we spent about €75 for four (including drinks).

The pizza is delicious! I don't like the Bari-style pizza, and this is absolutely the perfect compromise. The appetizers are also worth trying, all excellent.

One of my favorite pizzerias, located 100 km from my house! Perfect location if you're with a woman, with excellent chances of hitting the mark! Neapolitan dough for those who love thick pizzas, and Bari-style dough for those who love thin, crispy pizzas! Just one piece of advice: try to leave some space between the tables, as they're too close together...
