Meat and wonderful smell in the historic center of Altamura.

In addition to the classic grilled meat, excellently cut and finished, which even the children loved, we also enjoyed the excellent mutton stewed in a traditional terracotta dish. It was fragrant and spicy just right, so tender it was perfect for eating with your hands. The house Primitivo was excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Butcher/deli in the heart of the historic center. Small but cozy. Top-notch quality. The pecorino in pignata is fabulous! Very kind and friendly staff. Great price. Excellent!
