Best gluten free place in Bologna, great selection of gluten free dishes and pasta. Some normal fresh pasta which is "the best tagliatelle in Bologna" from a non gluten free eater. The staff are awesome too!!! A great little gem and a must if you are visiting Bologna!!

Delicious completely gluten-free rotisserie. The staff is very kind and very willing to advise you. I had several takeaways, all very good, the mozzarella in carrozza is highly recommended. The only flaw is the slightly high prices

AIC certified place, everything (truly) gluten-free. The managers love this job and carry out it with extreme care. This is reflected in the quality of the dishes served, which is decidedly high. Excellent mention for the cheesecake, simply exceptional. You do not pay covered if you consume it on the spot, but only the portion of bread if requested. Prices aligned with quality. Recommended for everyone, celiac or otherwise!

Everything was very good and the owners were super kind and helpful! It is possible to eat on site, there are about ten tables. So far the first delicatessen where I find such a vast choice of typical gluten-free dishes and great care in the preparation. Space Bolognese cutlet! Equally super desserts!

Absolute heaven on earth. This place is a heaven for gluten free, and anyone looking for high quality delicious food. The owners were so kind and helpful. I grew up Italian, but in Canada, and I haven’t been able to have real Italian food like that since my celiac diagnosis. Healthy, tasty, incredible. Oh also incredible espresso!
