Rostelle and co. Roma In Roma

This place used to be a go-to spot for arrosticini in Rome. Now everything has changed. The service, the quality of the ingredients and the cooking. Even the bread. It's sad. The facade, the name, the menu, and the prices are the same, but the experience of dining here is unrecognizable.

The wait staff and the manager have been completely changed. The new ones are poorly coordinated and inexperienced. The food is excellent, but they've reduced the portions of the cold cuts, vegetables, and potatoes served with the sausages, slightly increasing the prices of the arrosticini (excellent) and the sausages. The quality is still high.

Great little place. Mostly for appetizers and drinks. But we made it a full meal.

If you want to eat good meat, Perfect place. Top-notch arristicini.

The arrosticini and bruschetta are delicious. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but that's about average. Unfortunately, given the type of food served, if you arrive at a busy time, you'll have to wait for service.

The meat skewers are really delicious! We had an appetizer platter beforehand, which was okay.

Welcoming place, friendly staff, good food. I'm not giving it five stars because I can't believe they didn't offer any first courses. No pasta at all; yet the excellent toppings on the various bruschettas seemed to be just waiting to be tossed onto the mezze maniche or fettuccine. Think about it, owners! Even the first courses, though few and simple, are a must in a good place like this; you can't get enough of bruschetta and arrosticini. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The grilled lamb and chicken skewers are a local favorite. Recommended. The wine is also delicious. If you're tired of Italian, come here for a special treat. The prices are very reasonable. This isn't a touristy place.

I'm a regular customer and I've noticed that something has changed. The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The quality of the food is excellent: beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. However, what makes the experience special is the staff. A special thanks goes to Riccardo, who stood out for his kindness and professionalism. Always smiling, attentive, and helpful, he was able to recommend the best dishes and wines. You can immediately sense the passion he puts into his work. Not everyone manages to combine expertise and courtesy so effortlessly. Every request was met efficiently and without ever making us feel "in the way." The service was prompt but never rushed. Riccardo helped create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening. A real added value. It's rare to find such young, well-prepared staff who are so genuinely attentive to the customer. For this reason I highly recommend Rostello & Co. not only for the cuisine, but for the excellent service.

For me, the best arrosticini in Rome! The appetizers are also very varied and delicious. The service is very attentive and helpful. The dishes and arrosticini arrive quickly. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended!
