We did the Vermouth tasting Experience with Andrea and it was wonderful. We learned a lot about vermouth, the food pairing was delicious and Andrea answered all our questions. I only wish I could take more than 1 bottle home.

I've been a customer several times because more of my acquaintances have brought me here as a guest, and I must say I've always been pleased! Today, it had been over two years since I'd been here, and I came in exclusively to ask for a consultation on winemaking. I was fortunate to meet Massimo, a very genuine, polite, and knowledgeable young man who took the time to help me understand the concept I needed! I was won over not only by his education and knowledge, but above all by the LOVE and PASSION with which he did it. As a customer, I couldn't have hoped for more!! We had a delightful Vermouth tasting at this lovely wine bar and restaurant in Turin. Andrea was incredibly kind, took the time to share his knowledge with us. I've been wanting to try this wine bar, just steps from the Via Madama Cristina market, for a while. In the midst of Christmas preparations, today my husband and I were greeted with kindness and professionalism. We ate divinely. The diaphragm cooked in tea and expertly spiced was original and delicious, and the panettone with mascarpone and prosciutto was a truly delicious sweet-savory combination. Excellent value for money. A special "well done" to the sommelier who was able to recommend an excellent Barbaresco that paired really well with the fatty dishes we chose. We'll definitely be back! Patrizia and Roberto

Rosso Rubino immediately amazed us. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and truly friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The food? A constant surprise. We tried the giardiniera, the risotto, the braised agnolotti, the fried mushrooms (truly incredible), the schiciola, the pork belly with a spectacular crust, and the diaphragm: every dish is carefully crafted, with top-notch ingredients and unforgettable flavors. The wines are also well-chosen and pair perfectly with the dishes. Plus, the prices are fair. A truly memorable experience for those who love good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth trying again!
