We went here one weeknight for dinner. I had a carbonara, while my boyfriend had a Margherita pizza with cooked ham.
I was happy with my choice, while he found the pizza too chewy, undercooked, and the sauce a bit acidic.
To finish, I had the tiramisu, which was good, but the ladyfingers NEED TO BE DEEP IN because they were still dry.
The girls were super kind and quick with their service, and the atmosphere was nice and informal, suitable for everyone.
Prices, in my opinion, are a little high for a chain; drinks are more expensive than at a regular restaurant: €2.50 for half a liter of water.

Without providing much table service they will charge you extra for it without mentioning it anywhere, least not visibly. Waiter also couldn’t tell me where this is mentioned

Inside the shopping center, on the top floor. It's a lovely place, run by young, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. The service is fast, the pizza is good, and in my opinion, the ingredients are superior to the overall quality. The appetizers are excellent, and the fried food is truly excellent.

My girlfriend and I have been regulars for a few years now. The pizza is really good and definitely one of the best in the Varese area. Also, of the various Rossopomodoro restaurants I've tried, the one in Gavirate is the best. Their dishes are also delicious... The mussel and clam soup is out of this world.
You can tell they use good-quality ingredients.

For me, Rossopomodoro in Gavirate is always a great option, with fresh ingredients and a well-chosen selection, never overwhelming, and the daily specials are always intriguing and appetizing. It's true, this restaurant chain is better known for its pizza than its cuisine, but I assure you, the latter is also worth trying. I've always had a great experience here: I've never had to wait to be seated, and the staff is always very courteous and never intrusive, unlike other places. Also recommended for lunch, thanks to the midday menu offered at a truly attractive price.
