The windows let in the morning light which illuminates the cappuccino. I read the newspaper held by the stick like in the bars of the past. Minutes pass, I don't notice, and it's worth having a coffee too. They are kind, and serve me at the table. In the evening, however, they prepare excellent pizza. My favorite is the classic Margherita, cooked according to the Neapolitan tradition.

All really good. The pizza toppings are of the highest quality. For example, the flavor of a REAL sausage from the butcher's shop stands out, and the mozzarella is not the already crumbled industrial one. Really excellent

I am an American student who ate here through the University of Mary Rome program running in the fall of 2023. Every single Sunday and Monday night I looked forward to Diavola pizza and the friendly faces of the staff. Grazie ragazzie, mi amo Gusto's!

Pizza napoletana buona e ben cucinata. Personale gentile e efficiente. Locale forse un po’ stretto specie nella sala nel retro, ma nel complesso atmosfera gradevole. Parcheggio non proprio facilissimo.

Antipasti molto buoni e abbondanti. La pizza così così, buona ma a mio avviso un po' poco cotta. Il servizio molto cortese ma un po' lento, il locale carino. Non c'è un parcheggio dedicato ma tutto sommato non è così difficile trovare posto nelle vicinanze. Il conto l'ho trovato corretto, 22€ circa per un antipasto di fritti, pizza, birra e caffe

18/02/2024: Restaurant with excellent food, equally excellent price! Kind and friendly staff! And then. They allowed us to have dinner with our dog and this made our little girl really happy! If you are looking for a place to eat well and have excellent service this is the right place! See you soon
15/02/2024: Hi, at Collina you can eat excellent pizza, not a great variety but those offered on the menu offer the palate the right and delicious taste with good and fragrant fried starters, fresh cut ham served with soft and juicy mozzarella. Fair price as usual. The restaurant has a view of the intersection between the Valmontone, Cave and Genazzano roads. In the space in front of the entrance in the summer period you can enjoy a resort-type swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrella, the area is high up and therefore away from traffic noise.

06/04/2024: Pleasant Easter Monday lunch with friends. Prices a little high but the quality was good. The mountain appetizer was perhaps not very assorted while the one with fish had more tastings. Gricia with artichokes very good, the lasagna a little less so. The steak with porcini mushrooms was endless. I want to go back for the fish.
05/04/2024: We ate very well. Everything is really good, including desserts.
