⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited the Rössl Bianco in Merano and were absolutely thrilled! The ambiance is beautiful – a lovingly preserved, old hall with a very special charm. The service was warm and attentive, and we immediately felt at home. The food was simply fantastic: the schnitzel was perfectly prepared, the pasta was fresh and incredibly delicious. You can tell the passion the food is cooked with. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

In the center of Merano under the arcades, a medieval restaurant, definitely worth returning to.

Right in the center, yet quiet. It feels like the 18th century, but with modern renovations. If you miss it, it's your own fault.

I can't even put into words how comfortable we feel here... The first impression is like a journey back in time, our room a truly cozy dream, the food in the restaurant is divine, and breakfast the perfect start to the day! We enjoyed our stay at the Rössl and will definitely be back!

Incredibly wonderful accommodation, so lovingly furnished. Because we had to leave early in the morning, the owner came early and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. I highly recommend this accommodation with its own charm.
