Incredible service and dining experience. Food was the best I've had and the homemade pasta really makes for a great experience in Rome. The staff Alina, Pablo, Leonel and Alessandro were very friendly and welcoming! I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Rome

Alina and Pablo, as well as all the other staff at the restaurant, are very friendly and attentive. We didn't experience that in every restaurant in Rome.
The service is truly excellent. The food was also incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was lovely, friendly, and welcoming.

I loved this wonderful Italian restaurant. In fact, we have eaten dinner here 4x over the last 6 days. I am sorry that we are leaving Rome and cannot eat here again. We loved: the sea bass with potatoes (fresh perfectly cooked fish and flavorful), the lobster pasta (amazing pasta with a light red sauce and of course, fresh lobster) and the foccacia bread with a mild olive oil seasoning. Good salads, too.Beer was cold and Negroni perfectly done. All in all, greatness lives here at Rossini in Rome. The service was so pleasant and so kind - made us feel at home. My highest recommendation for quality food in Rome. Rossini is not cheap, but well worth every Euro.

Food was absolutely delicious (homemade gnocchi and the Florentine steak), wine recommendations were a complete hit, Pablo, Alina, and Lupin really made it the best though. Incredibly fun and engaging group of staff that made the evening the most memorable of our trip!

A must visit!! We had such an amazing time, our server Lupin gave us great food and wine suggestions, and the whole staff was so attentive. What started as dinner turned into an experience and night we’ll remember for a long time, thanks to Pablo, Alina, and Lupin! Would give 10 star review if I could!
