The fifth essence.......today the quintuple mind of Ivano, surprisingly, in a welcoming, muffled room, apart from the rest of the restaurant, gave us a gift, he specially prepared some dishes with wild garlic, a spontaneous seasonal herb.... .it is impossible for me to describe the flavour, the lightness, the delicacy of these dishes, which created amazement, even in the diners. Unfortunately I can only limit myself to 5*, but today I would like to be able to also give 6*. Compliments !!!!

I won't write a review because I would speak too highly of it and I want to find a place next time

After a long time I managed to try this restaurant and I absolutely recommend it. Very good cuisine and above average dishes that combine 0 km tradition and innovation. Excessively busy environment for my tastes, but definitely unique in its genre. Too bad it's only open during the week.

Ivano è sempre sorprende, oggi però si è superato ed ha raggiunto la sublimazione delle mie papille gustative con uno zabaione fatto, anziché con i canonici marsala, prosecco o bollicine, ...... con un barbera, leggermente passato in barrique, fantastico. Non credo sia abituale, ma provate a chiederlo...se avrà tempo e ve lo farà....aggiungerete una peculiarità alla vostra esperienza gastronomica.
