After a long time I managed to try this restaurant and I absolutely recommend it. Very good cuisine and above average dishes that combine 0 km tradition and innovation. Excessively busy environment for my tastes, but definitely unique in its genre. Too bad it's only open during the week.

Spectacular. A place with top-notch cuisine. Served with a perfect balance of flavours. Expertly created with extreme culinary art. Top wines. What to add...maybe we disagree on the Toma 😂 but we move on to the dessert very well. I believe there are only two venues of this level in the area.

For the third time and certainly the last, poor and disappointing choice, the owner is too intrusive, there is no point in leaning on the diner's table, even the price is not suitable for the dishes. CLOSE

Fantastic and quiet place, in a villa with fine furnishings. Excellent food, delicate and with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff and very nice owner. Absolutely competitive price! Compliments!!

09/02/2025: I didn't want to leave anymore because I wanted to eat all the veal with tuna sauce they had in addition to everything else.
04/02/2025: Excellent, in fact, for a stop (nomen omen) to or from the mountain. I always go there on Sunday evenings returning from the Aosta valley (queues on the motorway permitting). Excellent Piedmontese cuisine. I recommend the vitello with tuna sauce. Among the desserts, my favorite is tiramisu. You can also take just one glass of the wines although unfortunately I avoid stopping by car.

26/01/2025: Excellent food quality, impeccable service in a small restaurant offering typical Piedmontese dishes. Highly recommended!
26/01/2025: Small piola in the San Salvario district. The service is friendly, the menu is displayed on a large blackboard. Fixed dishes and some off the menu. What is rare and very welcome, they do half portions, which are still relatively generous (the first course in other places would easily be considered a full portion). Good ingredients and everything freshly made. Two half portions of first course, a whole second course and dessert + 1/2 liter of water = €31.50. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌🏻
