even if the meal was ok, it is urgent to do something about the toilets: unspeakably dirty, no toilet paper, clogged sink... At the start of the service, this is unacceptable...

We had a great experience in this restaurant. Good location and a good vibe. Especially the waiter, Enzo, was amazing. He welcomed us and was so helpful trying to make everything perfect. He was litteraly running around to give the best experience to everyone. We had the Tagliatelle al Ragú Bolognese and the Fusilli pesto e burrata and they both tasted so good! Only the Insalata classica could use an upgrade.

Wonderful restaurant, which we discovered as a result of asking a local for advice. Always a good move. We were not disappointed. It seems that Rosarose has not given in to the pressure to compromise on ingredients. Everything was very tasty and we particularly enjoyed the puffy bread, meat and cheese platter along with the aubergine lasagne type of dish.

We got excellent service and a great wine at this restaurant. Pitty it was our last day in Bologna or we would be back for more. We were craving carbonara and it didn't dissapoint at all! Hope we can come back some day.

26/07/2024: Locale conosciuto grazie ad amiche bolognesi alcuni anni fa, è diventato una “tradizione “ della mia famiglia ogni volta che siamo a Bologna. Locale in centro caratteristico, servizio gentile, spuma di mortadella e fettuccine strepitose. Ottime anche le crescentine con lo squacquerone. In realtà il menù propone parecchie altre cose, ma queste ci piacciono talmente che le prendiamo sempre, anche se sarebbe giusto provare altro!
14/06/2024: 5/5 This family run trattoria Osteria in the center of Bologna was recommended to us by our guide. It was one of his favorite places to eat some authentic regional dishes, he was also kind enough to call ahead and make sure that we would be able to eat there at his recommendation. Having traveled for the past 12 days throughout northern and central Italy and eating at least two meals per day we concluded as a group that this was some of the most authentic Local/regional food that we had eaten on our trip. If your looking for a sit down quiet inside lunchtime meal while walking the streets of Bolonga this may be your place. None of us had a bad dish.

05/06/2024: Locare carino sulla via Emilia appena fuori Bologna, menù tipico bolognese, Ke tagliatelle era veramente buone come i tortelli di zucca, la cotoletta alla Bolognese, eravamo andati per quel piatto in particolare mi ha deluso un po', unta e non molto calda. Buono lo zabaione con i biscottini 😔
21/05/2024: Average first courses, HEATED Bolognese cutlet, exaggerated price. I don't recommend it.
