Very nice location, very kind staff, tortellini with meat sauce good but not exceptional. The green lasagna had a sour note and I felt heavy in my stomach until the evening. The cold cuts platter very good.

Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at the Rosa Rose restaurant, and I have to say it was one of the best choices I could have made. After four years without eating meat, I decided to try the tagliatelle and... I couldn't have made a better choice. The meat was very tender, cooked to perfection. But it wasn't just the food that struck me: Orazio and Antonella welcomed me with warmth and cheerfulness, creating a truly special atmosphere. And then, in the background, the songs of Morandi, De Gregori and Vasco, which made me feel alive in a way I hadn't for a long time. Thanks for this evening!

Recommended place for everyone, INCLUDING CELIAC!! Traditional Bolognese recipes, good wine and excellent service!! What else to find in the wonderful quadrilateral of Bologna. Thanks to Angela and Orazio

We came after 15:00, our waiter was a little bit confused, but very kind :) Food was quickly on the table (5 portions) and it was delicious! Two things to make better - cleaner toilet and music :) But I would go there again :)

We got excellent service and a great wine at this restaurant. Pitty it was our last day in Bologna or we would be back for more. We were craving carbonara and it didn't dissapoint at all! Hope we can come back some day.

08/12/2024: Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare all’Altro e sono rimasto entusiasta della mia esperienza. Le tagliatelle al ragù erano molto buone, con la pasta fresca che esaltava il ricco sugo di carne. La cotoletta alla bolognese era squisita, immersa in una deliziosa coltre di formaggio. Il personale è stato molto gentile, attento e simpatico, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Un’esperienza in un locale tipico bolognese davvero carina.”
22/11/2024: The recovery of this place by creating a meeting place where it is possible to dine in the central restaurant or get pizzas by the slice of various flavors or platters and drinks is a nice idea. Large room, not easy to heat. Bathroom definitely could be improved. Even though the pizza slices are reheated, they are likely to be less hot when you eat them, and they don't cost cheap.
