The La Rosa d'Oro restaurant is a true gem nestled in a splendid villa surrounded by an enchanting garden. The elegant and refined atmosphere makes every visit special, offering the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Piedmontese cuisine is the heart of this restaurant: I had the pleasure of trying some typical dishes such as veal in tuna sauce, agnolotti and mushroom risotto, all truly delicious. The Barolo braised meat is another dish I highly recommend, cooked to perfection. The menu offers a vast selection of wines, with excellent local labels, but there is also no shortage of choices from other regions. The desserts are special and creatively revisited, a real pleasure for the palate. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, making every guest feel at ease. Prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service absolutely justifies the expense. The location is also perfect for ceremonies and special events, with ample parking available. If you are looking for a classy restaurant with excellent dishes, La Rosa d'Oro is absolutely recommended.
