Great atmosphere, great food, poor service (we waited 45 minutes even though we were among the first to be seated). We'll return for the quality of the food... but we're worried about the service!

Excellent stop for food if you are in Ancona just for one day or more. Wide choice in the menu: salads, burgers, pizzas and pastas. We decided to have a fish meal and both the salad and the pasta were super good and tasty. Wide choice of ice creams and pastries too. Recommended if you are in the area.

Beautiful food but terrible service. Not tourist friendly - rather than everyone getting equal service quality + speed, lowest priority is given to tourists. Took over an hour just for my dessert to come out, whereas the locals were in and out after 2 courses in less than an hour. Tried eating there again the next day to see if staff just having a bad day, it was just as bad sadly. I speak Italian well and come to Ancona multiple times per year, so they can’t go down the ‘ignorant tourist’ route either. Avoid the toilets also. Truly disgusting.

30/05/2025: I'm a Venezuelan traveler with my heart in Italy. With a group of friends, we came to discover the secrets of Verdicchio in Le Marche, and we found a hidden gem: L'Antica Cantina del Porticello. There we were welcomed by Bruno, the soul of the place and our host, passionate about wine and his land. He opened the doors of his cantina with warmth, history, and plenty of flavor. Together we tasted the unmistakable Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, accompanied by authentic regional products: Fabrianese salami, ciabuscolo, local cheeses, crescia, fresh seasonal vegetables, and fruit. All served with simplicity and a love of tradition. The best part was sharing with friends, across languages—speaking in Italian and Spanish—and across cultures, but with one common desire: to enjoy the real thing. I loved it!! 🫶🏻🍷
