We returned to this place six years after our last visit, following a beautiful day spent at the beach in Soverato. We were craving something special, and we found it with the guys at Roots, who consistently deliver.
We ate on the terrace overlooking the main street. We ordered two sandwiches, a true house specialty. One with grilled octopus tentacles, lamb's lettuce, chicken salsa, mayonnaise, caramelized onion, and purple potato chips. The other sandwich featured grilled prawns, burrata, lettuce, salsa americana, bacon, and grilled eggplant. An orange soda and a very special Dam Inedita beer—all for just €37, but the quality is top-notch. Recommended.
The street food experience I had today for lunch left me satisfied and gratified by the welcome, the service and some of the delicacies I was able to taste.
Great place to enjoy dishes created with attention to raw materials and details. I spoke with the owner, even if there was no need because you can tell by looking at the attention to detail in the environment, and I felt how much passion and attention he puts into this difficult project that he tries to make stand out among dozens of restaurants in the same area, never enough in the two summer months and too many in the winter months.

Excellent hamburger place for a meal to share with friends. The outdoor seats are arranged in a large space protected by surrounding glass. The hamburgers are truly exceptional and deserve to be tasted all.
Absolutely average prices. Recommended.
