I have been to this bistro several times and it is always one of my favourites: a very well-kept place on an aesthetic level, very kind staff and, above all, exquisite food: true Roman cuisine created to a work of art. Cacio e pepe and gricia among the best I've ever eaten (and I lived in Rome for several years). Finally, the prices are also very fair and absolutely in line with what is offered. Highly recommended.

We booked for a large table with half a day's notice, and they accommodated us with great kindness. I highly recommend the house starters, everything was delicious and plentiful, various food intolerances among those present did not discourage them from offering the best! An epic carbonara and the ricotta dessert deserves to be tasted! We go back often, for every family celebration, and it never disappoints!

Molto bella la sala con alcuni tavoli muniti di divanetto. Piatti tipici della cucina romana quali carbonare, cacio e pepe, amatriciana oppure cacio e pepe con tartufo. Primi costituiti da una buona porzione ben condita. L'amatriciana molto buona (prezzo 11.00 €.). Personale simpatico e giovanile.

Se amate una grande Amatriciana, adorate la Carbonara o vi alletta l'idea di ingozzarvi di Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, non c'è alcuna necessità di recarvi a Roma. La migliore cucina della nostra Capitale trova una degna rappresentazione in questo ristorante grazie alla passione e alla competenza dello chef-proprietario romano "de Roma". L'unico neo sono le dimensioni contenute del locale che, di conseguenza, contiene pochi tavoli e richiede prenotazioni con largo anticipo. Ottima la proposta di vini. Apprezzabile il servizio. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
