11/08/2025: I've been a customer of yours since the previous management.
I live in the province of Udine, but every year I come to Sardinia, I always stop by.
We were there on Saturday, January 28, and unfortunately, I/we were severely disappointed.
Given my previous experiences, I arrived with high expectations.
We wanted to try some cicchetti, but we didn't get what we expected. 😢
So we ordered platters of cured meats and cheeses, a toasted sandwich, a plate of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and a bottle of Ferrari Maximum.
We would have liked to order more, but there were none left of the other three choices. 🥴
- The platters were served in an unacceptable manner for a chic bar like yours (not even at festivals are they served like this, on a round plate, all piled up as if thrown there without any grace);
- The toast was cold and poorly topped;
- The tagliatelle were completely tasteless;
The only redeeming feature was the waitress's service, which was kind and professional, as well as the other waiters, who were always attentive, but the young woman was commendable.
I hope my intent, which was constructive criticism, is understood, because Bar Svezzerò deserves more careful management, as it once was.
