We ate all the fish! Everything was good

Lunch with local friends at the foot of the beautiful village of Barga, about 1 km from the train station. All the dishes we were served were plentiful and of good quality. The menu wasn't particularly extensive, but I think over-the-top options only serve to overwhelm customers. Pasta allo scoglio was plentiful and full of seafood, cooked perfectly al dente. The mixed fried fish was plentiful and dry.

A proper pasta all'arrabbiata! Truly, congratulations. The dessert I ate was equally as good.

We walked in at 7pm with no reservation. The friendly staff quickly sprung into action making a table for my family of 4. The food was amazing, fresh seafood pasta, fresh vegetables and a lovely atmosphere in front of the fire. Well worth a visit.
