And when you find attention because you have celiac disease you feel pampered. Thanks to Maria who was very good (I later discovered that she also has celiac disease) in giving me the necessary information. Biting into a sandwich that tastes like bread is #tantaroba ♥️

First time for me in this restaurant chain... the staff was attentive, courteous and very quick in responding to my requests. Everything I ordered was excellent and it will be a pleasure to return in the future.

The nachos are good and not too salty like those bought at the supermarket; excellent with the spicy sauce that is offered as an appetizer. The mixed grill is cooked well, but the cuts and the meat, in general, no longer seem as good as they once were. The Philly cheese steak is good! The classic burgers are also good and the desserts aren't bad either. Steamed spinach, however, is soaked in water and therefore not very tasty. It would be better to squeeze them.

Its the best place to celebrate your birthday if you have kids or large family. The food is awesome and you can definitely enjoy the variations of the menu from burgers to grilled meats, salads and desserts. The staff were really nice and the service was great too. A big compliment to their manager for being nice, caring to their customers and attentive on every needs. Definitely we will be back

I was passing through on business and I went to the shopping center and they immediately welcomed me with great kindness. Rossella, the girl who runs the shop, is very nice and immediately put me at ease. I felt really comfortable, see you soon

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Roadhouse San Giuliano . All the staff and manager are so kind and their services exceptional. A family-friendly restaurant, kids food are served immediately. they also have a kiddie corner where kids can play so adults can enjoy their dinner. I have requested a cake with “Buon Compleanno” and they prepared it making my husband’s birthday extra special. We will surely go back again ! We highly recommend this restaurant and we would like to thank them a lot for a wonderful evening!

23/07/2024: I recently went to this chain restaurant and was very satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very professional. In particular, the director, who was wearing a gray shirt, was extremely courteous and competent. He recommended a cut of meat that I had never tried before and I'm happy I followed his suggestion - it was truly exceptional. One aspect that I particularly appreciated was the fact that, although the dessert was not to my liking, the manager promptly resolved the situation and made a cancellation without problems. This level of customer attention demonstrates how much the service is oriented towards customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant for a positive dining experience and high quality service.
