I visited your restaurant yesterday and was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and one of the waiters (a guy with glasses) seemed particularly stressed and spoke rudely to cover up his mistake. 3.90 + 3.90 for the ice cream with the kids' menu

Of all the Roadhouse chain restaurants I've tried, this is the best! Especially for the service and the really kind and helpful staff! Especially Daisy and Jacopo! Also the preparation of the sandwiches in my opinion is much better than other Roadhouse restaurants we've been to!

04/09/2025: Absolutely amazing food and wonderful customer service. I have severe nut allergies and they were amazing to accommodate me, even brought me out all the ingredients on the products they used. 100% would recommend here for the food and service.
09/08/2025: First time at PitbBeef. A very charming place, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. The owners are very attentive and clearly care about offering their customers a great experience, without being intrusive. A memorable dining experience. Excellent dishes, paired with whiskey (and more). A place you'll want to return to.
