Sunday lunch at Roadhouse, we waited 10 minutes for the table, as we had been told. At table service we found Simone, and this is why we decided to write the review, an empathetic guy who was able to recommend the best dishes for our needs: picanha and sliced ​​chicken with vegetables... It was an excellent experience, all accompanied with professionalism and friendliness which never hurts... Thanks Simone and to all the very efficient staff.

We returned after some time, we ordered 3 simple burgers with bacon and fried potatoes as a side dish. The burger was burnt, the bacon was charred and the chips were greasy with oil and were fried very badly, a terrible experience. lThey can do better.

I'll start by writing that I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, both regarding the staff who I found to be very professional, kind and above all attentive to the customer, and regarding the quality of the food. I went there with a friend of mine on Thursday 01/23 for dinner, we ate very well (burgers, chips and beers) and the portions are right, also because we got up when we were full. They definitely bring the tacos and the discounts pass, I saw that Consuelo is very precise in this. No one chased us away or pressured us to leave even though the place had been empty for a while, they let us chat calmly, obviously respecting the restaurant's closing times which we had already read on Google. In fact, at the end we even stopped to chat with Consuelo, the manager on duty, who was incredibly kind, a rare quality to find especially in these large chains. A huge round of applause to all the staff on duty, we'll be back to see you.
