The staff is extremely rude, the service is absolutely nonexistent, and there is no discrimination whatsoever. I've been there twice, and both times the staff has been wrong. The African man in particular is extremely rude and mean. He has absolutely no sense of manners or how to speak to a customer.

I only go there when I'm "forced" to be with others. Like all the restaurants in the chain, they don't know how to cook meat properly, and the cuts aren't even among the best. Luckily, so to speak, there are plenty of sauces that hide the flaws. Poor service: filtered water is expensive and they don't bring it. Chipped coffee cups... And the coffee costs 1.80 too. More advertising than substance, in my opinion.
