I tried it once and was surprised by the quality-price ratio, but not so impressed by the service and the cleanliness of the environment, which was above average. Considering the business as a model of American style, I expected a little more in terms of service and innovation. However, based on the feedback I'm leaving, I recommend it, hoping that some aspects can be improved.

We are two retired people and occasionally enjoy lunch at the Road House Salaria/Settebagni. A clean, relaxed atmosphere welcomes guests, the food is delicious, and the ribs are tender and flavorful. The cooking was exactly as we requested. The young waiter, Davide, was very friendly and helpful, as was Sonia, who took care of the presentation of our delicious berry and cream ice cream! Well done!
