The structure is classic Roadhouse... the service is normal even if sometimes you feel like a number and the guys give you the food quickly without asking if it's ok etc. Anyway, understandable given the amount of people.

Good quality, price a bit high. The only flaw is the big noise the children make in the play area. The initiative is worthy but it should be managed better! It is also true that it is often the parents who do not take care of their children and do not know how to educate them.... Maybe they would need a room for them too!!! Overall a good experience.

I went because I had to go to Novara and a colleague of mine had told me about this place. Pleasant environment, good food, helpful staff. Being inside a commercial park, parking is also very convenient, moreover it is located about seven minutes from the motorway exit. I will definitely go back.

Locale molto bello e nuovo.
Spazioso e con molte vetrate.
Parcheggio comodo vicino a centro commerciale alle porte di Novara.
Ci siamo trovati bene con il cibo offerto; classico da Roadhouse.

I'm making this review because we've read so many negative ones and they don't seem correct to us. Great place for families with small children, who can play in the game room with floor projector.
Fast service and average quality of restaurants under brands such as Roadhouse and Competizione.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms was excellent and they were fragrant and spotless.
Don't be fooled by the negative reviews.
Remember that behind those who work there are families and if there is something wrong with the dish, call and let them know that they are young and polite guys, always available to solve the problem.
