The atmosphere is nothing to complain about, the food is pretty good, but I'm sorry about the service, but it needs improvement. I've read in other reviews that they bring you tortillas with spicy sauce as soon as you sit down. Well, we had to ask for them after we'd been there for about half an hour because, seeing that they were also bringing them to people who arrived after us, we mentioned it. They still brought them to us after another 15 minutes, along with our dishes. The condiments arrived when we were almost finished eating, I had to ask for the bread, and when they brought us the dessert menu, no one showed up. I called once, no one answered, we got fed up and left! I hope this review helps.

Now a regular stop in Novara, the staff are friendly, the wait times are reasonable, even on the busiest days, and the food is amazing. What more could you ask for?

Large, clean and welcoming place. Good food but the preparation of the dishes is too long, definitely not a suitable place for a short lunch break. The service is discreet, not always attentive but all in all acceptable. I did not particularly like the waitress's long fake nails: I find that in the restaurant sector this is a non-negligible detail.

I had dinner last night at the restaurant, good food, good service, it is indecent however that the air conditioning is broken and the staff has to work in such conditions.. There were portable air conditioners installed, but the temperature was still unbearable. In the kitchen they are superheroes to work with such temperatures.. the staff despite everything was smiling and fast. I find it just absurd that a chain like Roadhouse does not provide for a quick resolution of such problems that lead to the loss of many customers.

The structure is classic Roadhouse... the service is normal even if sometimes you feel like a number and the guys give you the food on the fly without asking whether or not it's ok etc.
However understandable given the amount of people.
