Since it's a chain, the food, service, and atmosphere are the same throughout Italy. I find the prices excessive, especially for appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and anything other than the classic cut of meat. You go in, order the special, eat, and leave.

We arrived at the Roadhouse in Novara at 8:30 PM and didn't receive our food until 9:30 PM, after an excessive wait. The situation was made even more unpleasant by the fact that two people who arrived after us were served first. The staff was clearly understaffed for the peak time. The result was slow and disorganized service, significantly below expectations.

The atmosphere is nothing to complain about, the food is pretty good, but I'm sorry about the service, but it needs improvement. I've read in other reviews that they bring you tortillas with spicy sauce as soon as you sit down. Well, we had to ask for them after we'd been there for about half an hour because, seeing that they were also bringing them to people who arrived after us, we mentioned it. They still brought them to us after another 15 minutes, along with our dishes. The condiments arrived when we were almost finished eating, I had to ask for the bread, and when they brought us the dessert menu, no one showed up. I called once, no one answered, we got fed up and left! I hope this review helps.
