A surprisingly small Italian restaurant, tiny but with the unique feature of watching the chef cook with FRESH ingredients, in an Olympian calm and with the mastery of a true professional. I think it's an annex of a hotel because everything is meticulously prepared and beautifully presented, yet the setting is incredibly simple. I ordered ravioli (agnoletti) al ragu, while my companions had spaghetti carbonara (cooked exactly as I'd seen it) and four-cheese gnocchi. The spritz was very light, though; at least it helped us leave with our shopping carts from the market under control! 😄 The price was reasonable. A delightful culinary experience! Oh, and fresh ingredients! And homemade pasta!

Great place, small inside, but it makes you feel like you're in a good friend's kitchen. You can watch the entire cooking process. The food was excellent.

We went there today for lunch for a takeout order. The food was delicious and the staff were really welcoming. The atmosphere was wonderful, very family-friendly. The sauce was just like grandma's, and the cacio e pepe was spectacular.

Small place with fresh pasta and bruschetta. Large portions. Delicious. Some of the best pasta I've had in Italy.
