We stopped for ice cream twice while staying in Ferrara and it was very tasty, creamy with big “portions”. Panna was my favourite … simple but so smooth with nice texture. Great central location, I recommend it for ice cream (we haven’t had anything else here).

A "mini" place immediately under the clock tower, very cute and characteristic. Also frescoed. The hot chocolate with cream is excellent, enjoyed with a view

Cioccolateria piccola e caratteristica (ex gioielleria d'epoca, di cui mantiene la cassaforte..), cioccolata calda molto forte ma eccellente per gusto e preparazione, cioccolatini buonissimi. Consigliata
