What can I say? The owners did two things:
1. They served very good food, and that's beyond reproach.
2. They overcharged.
My culinary experience was positive, but the prices are so high: 1 liter of water costs €4, a coffee costs €2, an appetizer, 6 slices of salami, 2 slices of cheese, and a little giardiniera (I repeat, everything is delicious), but €15 is a bit excessive. They'll charge €2 here, €2 there, and that's the rip-off. It's still a bowling alley that offers a €15 menu (for workers), but if you ask for something typical and you're not local, they'll kill you! As other reviews say, it's a shame I didn't read it. Good job, and I'm sorry because with these prices, it's unclear who's left is the worker, not the person who could advertise as a family-friendly place with fair prices.
Think about it, you don't need to JUST GET THEM ONCE!

Appetizers include cured meats, including salami. Delicious first courses include pumpkin gnocchi with salami ragù (a bit salty, perhaps because it's over-seasoned) and grilled mutton with baked potatoes.

Very casual place. The cappellacci al ragù were fantastic. The tripe tasted too vinegary for me; I didn't like it and left it on my plate. The casual setting made me think the prices were reasonable, and I wasn't put off by the lack of a menu with prices posted. Next time, I'll ask.

The food was excellent, truly satisfying. The only downside—perhaps because it was Sunday—was that we waited a bit too long for lunch, but the wait was well worth it. I'd say this is the place I've eaten best in Ferrara so far, with a more rustic, yet more sophisticated approach and excellent alternatives. The artisanal green pappardelle with venison sauce were exceptional. The portions were moderately generous.

The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the waitress is friendly and attentive. The food is generous and delicious, and the price is excellent for the service.
