Pasta alla Norma gets a top rating. Everything else is excellent.

We spontaneously decided to have lunch there today and were delighted with the quality of the food. The attentive and friendly service was particularly noteworthy. The restaurant is definitely recommendable, and the value for money is excellent.

An authentic and highly regarded Sicilian trattoria in the heart of Syracuse, just steps from the Umbertino Bridge that connects to the beautiful Ortigia. The cuisine showcases traditional Sicilian flavors, with fresh seafood dishes, local appetizers like caponata and cod meatballs, flavorful first courses, and expertly executed second courses, all using local, seasonal ingredients.

Such delicious food and such lovely staff especially Kevin and Sharon . We had pasta with the Nero Di seppia with a splash of creamy ricotta , tagliolini with pumpkin and sausage - they were absolutely divine ! Baked ricotta and caponata were also delicious . Been here before and will Keep On coming Super well done !

Truly excellent trattoria! We ate wonderfully from start to finish: carefully prepared dishes, generous portions, and authentic flavors of traditional cuisine. Everything was fresh and of excellent quality. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service impeccable. A place we'll definitely return to and highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is delightful and welcoming, and the food is simply extraordinary. Mateo enjoyed delicious cod, we shared an incredible octopus salad unlike anything we've ever tasted, excellent caponata, and the best bread we've ever eaten. The prosecco was also excellent, and the service was attentive and warm. We are an Italian-Colombian family and will definitely be back soon, especially since we luckily live nearby and will be able to continue enjoying these wonderful flavors.

I happened to pass by and saw good reviews, so I stopped in for a bite. It was such a blessing to discover such a delicious restaurant. Every single dish showcases the chef's experience and skill, and the Sicilian dish, Caponata, was especially delicious. The pasta in the photo is pappardelle, and the pork and pumpkin sauce is exquisite. You definitely have to try it...
