Ritrovo Rhodis In Rodì milici

To say excellent is to say the least!!! Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars. I would start with the people and the owners...excellent service, fast and friendly. I had a medium-rare cut of meat, truly exceptional, as they say "it melted in your mouth". The pizza and fish were also exceptional, which I had the pleasure of tasting on several occasions. Would I recommend it to you? With my eyes closed.

Unfortunately, we didn't feel so comfortable at dinner. The terrace is super nice, but the service was a bit chaotic, and the food unfortunately fell short of expectations. It wasn't a big deal, but the bacon was soft, not crispy as advertised; the steak had many inedible pieces on it, and the pasta was very al dente. Dessert was supposed to be ice cream for the kids, but the employee unfortunately made no effort to explain what was in the flavor, which we couldn't imagine (our Italian is good enough to understand it in Italian – if someone explained it...). Unfortunately, we wouldn't come back.

Excellent breakfast with coffee granita and brioche. The pizza in the evening is wonderful with a perfectly leavened and super digestible dough. Recommended!

I chose to celebrate Letizia's birthday at Ritrovo Rhodis, as our previous visits had particularly satisfied us on all fronts. When booking, I also had the opportunity to book a small apple cake, which could surprise the birthday girl at the end of the evening. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately shown to our table, located on the top floor, and received very attentive service throughout the evening. After starting with a mixed fry, we also received perfect assistance from the dining room staff, who promptly replaced an unfortunately unsuccessful beer (despite the very distant expiration date, the Gradisca we initially ordered was totally 'out of gas') with an excellent craft beer with ancient grains, the Sicilian Pils, produced by the Palermo brewery Bruno Ribadi: highly recommended! I ate a Quattro Formaggi pizza with the addition of spicy salami, while Letizia ordered a Parmigiana. Both pizzas were very good, well cooked and characterized by good and abundant raw materials. The apple pie prepared by the house pastry chefs was delicious and the dining room staff collaborated very well, in order to allow me to maintain a surprise effect until the last moment. The only flaw of the evening was the shouting and rioting of a group of children who were not at all contained and moderated by their parents, which caused us a lot of annoyance and caused a strong headache... Other than that, we recommend Ritrovo Rhodis on all fronts! Thanks and... see you next time!

Ho scelto di festeggiare il compleanno di Letizia al Ritrovo Rhodis, in quanto le nostre precedenti visite ci avevano particolarmente soddisfatto su tutti i fronti. In sede di prenotazione, ho anche avuto modo di prenotare una piccola torta di mele, che potesse sorprendere la festeggiata a fine serata. Appena arrivati, siamo stati immediatamente accompagnati al nostro tavolo, ubicato all'ultimo piano, e per tutta la serata abbiamo ricevuto un servizio molto attento. Dopo aver esordito con un fritto misto, abbiamo anche ricevuto un'assistenza perfetta da parte del personale di sala, che ha prontamente sostituito una birra sfortunatamente malriuscita (nonostante la data di scadenza molto lontana, la Gradisca da noi inizialmente ordinata era totalmente 'sgasata') con un'ottima birra artigianale ai grani antichi, la Sicilian Pils, prodotta dal birrificio palermitano Bruno Ribadi: vivamente raccomandata! Io ho mangiato una pizza Quattro Formaggi con aggiunta di salame piccante, mentre Letizia ha ordinato una Parmigiana. Entrambe le pizze erano molto buone, ben cotte e caratterizzate da buone ed abbondanti materie prime. La torta di mele preparata dai pasticceri della casa era buonissima e il personale di sala ha collaborato egregiamente, al fine di consentirmi di mantenere un effetto sorpresa fino all'ultimo istante. Unico neo della serata sono state le urla e scorribande di un gruppo di bambini per nulla contenuti e moderati dai propri genitori, che ci hanno procurato parecchio fastidio e causato un forte malditesta... A parte questo, raccomandiamo il Ritrovo Rhodis su tutti i fronti! Grazie e... alla prossima!

Beautiful location, good pizza and also a restaurant where you can spend a nice evening with friends....

A few steps from the birthplace of the famous black man, the place offers good pizza and good traditional cuisine. The waiting times are a bit long, the service is a bit slow on some occasions. Prices are average.
