Chosen by chance...I had seen, passing by in a hurry, only a picture of the little pig and I always thought it was a delicatessen!!! Then I discovered it was a restaurant, surfing the internet!!!.
Small but very welcoming location. Exceptional staff: prepared to describe and explain the dishes on the menu, attentive to customers. In short, capable of providing a service that many dream of. Delicious and carefully prepared dishes: from cooking (I'm thinking of the meat they cook at a low temperature) to the presentation.
Stunning dumplings and cold cuts.
We weren't able to enjoy dessert because we were too full. All the more reason to go back.
In my opinion the cost is adequate for the quality.
Very very very recommended.

Dinner with a group of friends, good food quality especially regarding the platters. As a first course I took the maccheroncini al torchio with wild boar but honestly they weren't at the top. What struck me most was the service and professionalism of the owners who know how to give you explanations on the various dishes and their origins. Artisanal and non-obvious products. Good selection of wine. Overall I had a good meal and would definitely go back. Not a very large but well-kept environment. Reservations required on weekends.

I had lunch today at this place. attracted by the look of the place and what can I say...
Very positive experience: worth mentioning is a delicious raw ham with the best fried gnocco eaten in recent days in Modena and the surrounding area...we were advised and guided in the choice of food and wine by a competent, kind and friendly professional. An exceptional gastronomic experience!
We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and every dish won us over from the first to the last bite. Our culinary journey began with a delicious fried gnocco accompanied by a selection of different aged Zocca cheeses.
Next, we let ourselves be won over by the tortellini with cheese fondue, a true explosion of flavour. Even the homemade pasta al torchio with Lambrusco with pecorino fondue surprised us: the scent of the wine and the intense flavor of the pecorino created a perfect harmony.
Everything was concluded with a freshly made tiramisu.
Price not cheap but fair for the quality of what you eat (€69.00)
Impeccable and prepared service, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Place saved! To return!

Great find near Carpi Cathedral! Perfect both for an informal dinner with cured meats and fried dumplings and for those looking for more elaborate dishes. We really enjoyed the ribs and pork fillet, cooked to perfection and presented with care. The innkeeper was very kind and guided us in the choice of wines and courses, showing great passion for his work. The atmosphere is welcoming, even if a little intimate. Average prices. We will definitely be back to try other dishes

"I was really impressed by Ristosalumeria. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste excellent tortellini. A tomino al delicious honey to finish a fantastic dessert.
I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!"

Everything excellent!!
I just know that we in Florence couldn't have made a better choice.
Highly qualified staff will explain to you what you eat and what you drink.
Super class food.
The locations are very beautiful.. What can I say, we give 10 to this wonderful little restaurant in the center of Carpi.
